Two brothers, one company.
Costa Sur is owned and run by two brothers. Luis owns the business and prices the work; Victor leads project delivery. Family owned in the literal sense — the people who quote your job are the people who carry it out.
Luis trained on the tools — hanging, taping and finishing — before establishing Costa Sur. He prices every job himself and remains on site through completion, so the estimate and the finished work stay in the same hands.
Victor came through the same trade background as his brother and now leads project delivery: crew scheduling, material staging and day-to-day site coordination. His responsibility is that the work quoted is the work built.

Luis and Victor established Costa Sur together and continue to work the same projects. Shared ownership of the outcome means accountability is never in question: one of them answers for every job that leaves a site.
That structure is why standards hold consistently from one crew to the next, and why a client dealing with either brother is dealing with someone able to make a decision.
